How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions from Dealermarket.com are an easy way to auto replenish deliveries of your most frequently ordered items. When you set up your first subscription, you’ll receive the discount shown on the product page. Please note that discount is for your initial order only.
What are the benefits of a subscription?
You will receive a discount on your initial order when you sign-up for a subscription. The discount amount varies depending on what product or product category you are ordering. That discount amount is noted on each product page. You will also have the peace of mind to never run out of the essential items you need to run your business. Our customers love our subscription service as it saves them time and money.
Where can I see all the products currently available for subscription?
All of our items that offer a subscription currently can be seen at our Dealermarket Subscriptions.
How do I choose a frequency?
Each product page has the option for you to choose a one-time purchase or a subscription of either 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. When you make this selection for a subscription and checkout your subscription will automatically be started and your next order installment will automatically be placed for you based on the time range you specified.
How do I reschedule or delay my subscription?
You can manage your subscriptions in your Account Dashboard under My Subscriptions. This is where you can pause your subscription. Once you feel like you’re in need of that item, you just simply reactivate it. You can also give our customer service team a call at (844) 888-8100.
When will my payment method be charged?
The original payment method you selected when you signed up for a subscription will be charged automatically when your subscription order installment is processed. This will depend on the frequency you chose when you first signed up, so either 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months from your last installment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once logged into your account dashboard, navigate to My Subscriptions and look for the specific item/subscription you’d like to cancel. From there you can cancel your subscription.
Will I be reminded of my next subscription order installment?
Yes, you will receive an email 7 days before your next order installment is processed and shipped. At that time you will need to decide if you’re in need of that item or if you’d like to pause or cancel your subscription.
What happens if I receive items from a subscription that I didn’t need or want at that time.
If your subscription is for a non-custom item you can contact our customer service team at (844) 888-8100 and we can set up a return for you. Unfortunately, if your subscription is for a custom item, such as Autosoft checks or forms, we can not accept a return. It is your responsibility to manage your subscriptions and to take action (pause or cancel) once you receive your email reminder 7 days before your order installment is placed and we produce your custom items. We can not accept returns on any custom produced items. This includes but is not limiited to any items with your company name, logo, address.
What if I want a subscription on an item but it isn’t currently offered?
That is no problem at all! Just give our customer service team a call at (844) 888-8100 and ask us if that item is eligible for a subscription. If it is we can set that item up for a subscription for you on the spot.
Is there a membership fee?
We have no membership fees, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
We recommend you give our customer service team a call at (844) 888-8100. We will cancel your current subscription and place a new order with subscription service on it with your new shipping address.
