Lead Times and Shipping
One of our most important goals is to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. We strive to fulfill orders quickly, and we use only trusted shippers to deliver your products safely, every time.
Please note that all of our products have varying lead times, which is the length of time it takes to produce the order before shipment. Many Dealermarket.com stock products that don’t require customization will be shipped the same day, but other custom products with complex production requirements may need up to 6 weeks of lead time. The lead time of each product is listed on its respective product page on Dealermarket.com for quick reference. You can also refer to your order confirmation email to see the lead times of your products.
After your products have shipped, you’ll get a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. You can use that tracking number to get a detailed tracking status at the shipping carrier’s website.

Returns – Non-Custom Stock Products
Once you receive your order, please check it thoroughly and contact us right away if there is a problem. You can find our contact information in the footer of any page of Dealermarket.com. We do require that you notify us of any issues you have with your order within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll then issue you a factory return authorization, depending on the nature of the return. Please don’t return any product to Dealermarket.com without return authorization.
If you are returning a product because of an error we made, we will pay for return shipping and refund you the full amount of your order.
You are more than welcome to return any non-custom product to Dealermarket.com if you don’t need it and it is in resaleable condition. Please note we will charge a restocking fee of 10%, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. NOTE: you will not be charged a restocking fee OR return shipping if you are returning your order due to our error.
Tax Forms: Please note that we are unable to return any tax forms after December 31, 2017.
Returns – Custom Imprinted Products
As with stock product orders, please check your custom order completely once you receive it, and contact us if there is any problem at all. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we can’t accept returns of custom products due to errors made by the person ordering the product. Special order items are also not returnable, unless is due to our error.
